#WalktThrough - Positive mental health walk- Women supporting women- Connecting with nature..... Whether your looking for a safe space to be able to talk about your mental health to other like-minded people, you want to make new friends, take positive steps to maintaining good wellbeing or simply want to be a listening ear for someone who needs it. Please join us, come along and #WalkItThrough.
