Our Afro‑Fusion Dance Fitness classes are high‑energy, feel‑good sessions that combine dynamic movement with rhythmic Afro‑urban music. Inspired by Afrobeats, Congolese Ndombolo, and hip‑hop, these classes are designed to get you moving, sweating, and enjoying every beat.
Each session focuses on continuous movement to build cardiovascular fitness, strength, coordination and stamina, while celebrating the expressive and powerful nature of Afro‑inspired dance. You’ll move through a series of easy‑to‑follow routines that emphasise rhythm and full‑body engagement, especially core and waist movement.
These classes are open to all abilities. No dance experience is required, and options are offered throughout the class to allow participants to work at their own pace while still feeling challenged.
