We aim give you an overview on how Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) use informed strategies to aid management of anxiety. These strategies will include discussions on relaxation skills and how these can successfully be applied in your day to day life. We will also other factors, such as unhelpful thinking and behavioural changes you may experience, like avoidance and procrastination.
