We are the independent champion in Wakefield District for people who use health and social care services.
We are here to find out what matters to people and help make sure your views shape the support you need, by sharing these views with those who have the power to make change happen.
Our aim is to help people get the best out of health and care services.
To do this we:
provide people with the advice, information, signposting and support they need.
gather their views and experiences.
give them a voice to influence the design and delivery of services.
offer an NHS Complaints Advocacy Service.
How we get your views
You can always contact us directly to speak to someone, use our contact us form or leave your experiences in our Feedback Centre.
We also find out what people think through research and engagement, meeting people across the District at health and care settings and community events.
