WDH Adaptations Service

Enquire

WDH Adaptations Service comprises 5 Occupational Therapists, 1 Senior Adaptions Officer and 3 Admin Assistants. Collectively the team ensure Occupational Therapy assessments are completed to deliver the necessary adaptations required to keep our tenants safe and independent in their homes. We also employ a Trusted Assessor who can assess and install adaptation equipment simultaneously.

If for any reason adaptations cannot be achieved, the team can also assist and support homesearch applicants with the health and medical rehousing process. Following assessment by one of our Occupational Therapists and a panel decision, this route can lead to additional priority being awarded to an applicants homesearch application. This ensures customers a more suitable property and with the correct components that will meet both current and long term housing need.
